팬 여러분들이 소중한 마음을 담아 보내주시는 팬레터 및 서포트 관련하여 안내드립니다.
지창욱 배우는 팬레터 전달과 스케줄 관련 서포트만 진행 가능하며, 물품/선물 전달은 정중히 사양합니다.
스케줄 서포트은 진행 가능 일정에 비해 신청의 수가 많으므로 개인 단위 신청은 불가하며, 확인된 그룹 단위의 신청만 가능한 점 양해 바랍니다.
팬레터 안내
1. 별도 신청없이 아래 주소로 보내주시면 됩니다.

2. 팬레터 외 우편(그림, 팬레터북 등), 물품이 배송될 경우 반송됩니다.
해외, 주소 미기재 등으로 반송이 어려울 경우 일정 기간 보관 이후 폐기 처리됩니다.
3. 사무실 방문 전달, 관계자를 통한 전달은 불가합니다. 반드시 우편을 이용해주시기 바랍니다.
서포트 안내
1. 서포트는 공식적으로 확정된 스케줄에 한해 신청 가능합니다.
- 현장 조율이 필요한 서포트, 기념일(배우 생일, 데뷔일 등) 서포트는 상황에 따라 진행 여부가 변동됩니다.
- 진행 여부는 신청 팀에 한해 회신됩니다.
2. 서포트 신청 및 문의는 spring-support@naver.com 메일로만 접수 받습니다.
- 이외의 메일/SNS로 전달되는 신청은 유효하지 않습니다.
- 서포트 외 문의에 대해서는 답변 드리지 않습니다.
3. 서포트 신청 양식
- 신청의 내용은 필수로 메일 본문에 기재 바랍니다. 첨부 파일, 링크 등으로 신청 내용을 작성하는 경우 별도 회신 없이 자동으로 신청 제외됩니다.

4. 서포트 유의사항
- 사전 신청 없이 진행되는 서포트는 진행 불가 합니다. 양식에 어긋난 신청은 자동 제외됩니다.
- 공식 팬카페, 팬클럽 외 신청팀은 신청 순서대로 진행됩니다. 순서 선점을 위해 1개의 신청서에 여러 건의 서포트를 동시에 신청하는 것은 불가합니다.
- 서포트 진행 시 팬분들의 현장 방문은 불가합니다.
- 서포트 인증은 필수 진행 사항이 아닙니다. 협의되지 않은 사진, 사인 요청, 선물 전달 요청은 모두 금지됩니다. 무리한 서포트 인증 요구는 삼가 바랍니다.
- 모든 서포트는 신청 이후 담당자에게 ‘진행 가능’ 회신을 받은 이후 진행해주시기 바랍니다.
임의로 진행하거나, 진행 과정 중 문제가 있다고 판단되는 서포트에 대해서 담당자가 진행 중단을 요청할 수 있습니다.

We are notifying of a guideline for letters and supports.
An actor, Ji Chang Wook, do not accept anything other than fan-letters and coordinated supports for official schedules.
We refuse courteously any kind of the items/gifts. In the case of the supports, only confirmed groups can apply by email.
We do not accept individual application because of high demands beside the available schedules.
We ask for your generous understanding and cooperation.
Guideline for fan-letters.
1. Fan-letters could be sent to the address below.
- Address: 3F Spring Company, 18 Gangnamdae-ro 160-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
- Zip (Postal) code: 06034
- Make sure to write down the actor’s name. ex) Recipient: Ji, Chang Wook
2. Any other items (pictures, fan-letters books, etc) except letters will be returned.
If return is not available with any reasons (overseas, unidentified address, etc), the items will be discarded after a certain period.
3. Visiting agency and delivering letters by staffs or directly are strictly prohibited. Please send it via postal service.
Guideline for Support Application.
1. Support should be applied and organized only for confirmed schedules
- The schedule is flexible depends on circumstances : required to be cooperated with place situation, anniversary support, and etc.
Regarding the schedule flexibility will be noticed in the progress.
2. Application and inquiries about support only via email spring-support@naver.com
- We do not accept or answer besides the email address above
- We do not reply to the inquiries except about supports
3. Application Format for Support
- Make sure to fill out the format in the mail body correctly.
If applying with attached files or links, it will be excepted from the list without replying even though the files or link includes the content.
Subject: [Support] group name/ wanted schedules for support
Content (format in mail body)
1) Name of group applying
2) Information of the group, and URL of SNS and website of the group
3) Contact information for a main person in charge of the group.
4) Supports items and quantity (Please provide specifically)
5) Other inquiries
4. Precautions for Support
- If any of the above fields are incorrectly provided, support will not be accepted without a response.
- Supports will be provided in order of application except an official fan-café and official fan-clubs. Duplicated applying in one application email is not available.
- On the day of support, visiting place is prohibited.
- Please note that actor’s support certification is not required. Requests for uncoordinated pictures, autographs, or gift delivery are prohibited.
Please refrain from excessive requesting for support confirmation.
- Every support should be progressed after confirmation replying from the applying email.
If supports without confirmation or supports sorted as problematic support, the agency is able to suspend the support.
* Visiting and calling to the agency is not available.
* We always appreciate to your love and support towards to actor Ji, Chang Wook.
Please be aware of and cooperate with the guideline above for good communication.
